most of the things they have in wal mart they have in the drugstore chains . but the probably most liked make-up would be MAC and you can find that in macys... and they have some stores, but you should google the website and look at the products, before making a final decision.
I would prefer M.A.C. cosmetics
Sephora definitely, if you don't have one in your area then Ulta.
