As far as drug store stuff, you want L'oreal. Promise, promise! Now for like lip glosses you can go a little cheaper then that even. Cover girl is good for that stuff. But for foundations and other stuff that goes on your skin like blush and powder, you want l'oreal. You need to try their mascara. They make good mascaras. Their true match foundation is good too.What are the top selling cosmetics right now?
I was never happy with over the counter products :( and u never got to try before buying. U can do a virtual makeover online and play with colors that will compliment your skin tone, shape.

Try maybaleen there products never let me down and i have never been unhappy with there products. Also try NYC they are the cheepest makeup line out there a bottle of there foundation is like 2 something so go and buy what you like i think you will like these products better then anyone else on the market.
I would say cover girl. But I stopped buying my cosmetics from the stores since they are so much cheaper online. http://strawberrynet.excellentabc.com always has better deals than drugstores and wal-mart.
